Lot description

The lithograph depicts a fire pump in the village of Vedrin near the city of Namur (today Vedrin is part of it), Belgium, in the first half of the 19th century. It will make an excellent gift not only for lovers of fire history and firefighting.

Signed, made by de Rouseaux, 1824r.

Bound in dark green passe-partout cardboard, very good condition.

Dimensions: 300 x 375 mm (in passe-partout) 355 x 245 mm (unframed).
