A portfolio of 29 copperplate engravings from the late 18th century - circa 1784 - the engravings deal with astronomy, history, art, medicine, religion, botany, zoology, technology, architecture, and many other subjects.

The authors of the works are :

Daniel Mikołaj Chodowiecki (born October 16, 1726 in Gdańsk, died February 7, 1801 in Berlin) - Polish-German painter and draftsman.

Johann Rudolph Schellenberg (born January 4, 1740 in Basel, died August 6, 1806 in Töss near Winterthur) - Swiss painter, engraver, illustrator and entomologist.

Johann Georg Penzel (1754-1809)

Format : in light of a trace of a copperplate reflection - 20.5 x 27.5 [cm].

States of preservation good, edges rubbed soiled. Tear of one plate, one loose.
