A part of a large map engraved by Nolli and Piranesi after the drawings of Bolognese architects Andrea Chiesa and Bernardo  Gambarini,  depicting  the course of the Tiber (here the last part from Castel Sant'Angelo to Ostia). Fine impression with coeval colouring, printed  on laid paper.

Usual central fold. Scattered foxing. Two lacks on the margin, short  tears  along the fold, outside the edge of the plate.  Otherwise in good condition.
