Biography
Agata Borowa is a visual artist working mainly in painting and video art. In 2019-2020, she collaborated with the Department of Molecular Biophysics at Adam Mickiewicz University, exploring the possibilities of streak imaging, which resulted in the film "I am your air". She is a co-founder of the duo Boer Sisters, whose work explores the theme of sisterhood and identity in close interpersonal relationships. Since 2020, she has been teaching at the School of From in the Department of Design at SWPS University. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, including "Is It Painted?" at the Zachęta Project Place in Warsaw, "Find Me" at the Center for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle, and "Sisters" at the Arsenal Gallery in Bialystok.
