A couple of unseen tears on the edges.
Poster advertising a traveling exhibition showing a preserved whale placed on a special platform. The whale was caught near Trondheim, weighed about 70 tons and was the largest animal caught by man. The Swiss came up with the idea to preserve the whale and display it in exhibitions as an exhibit. The exhibit toured dozens of countries in the 1950s and 1960s. In the summer of 1963 it made its way to the Tri-City. / RARE
