Jerzy CZERNIAWSKI [1947 - ] - studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts [under M. Urbaniec]. Co-founded a group of poster artists, the so-called "Wroclaw Four" (Jan Jaromir Aleksiun, Jerzy Czerniawski, Jan Sawka, Eugeniusz Get-Stankiewicz). He specializes in theater posters. His posters are in collections and museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
