WYSOKA (Greater Poland, approx. Pila) Monument to Greater Poland insurgents erected on the 10th anniversary of regaining independence [1928], dismantled by the Nazis in the winter of 1939/40. After the end of World War II, an obelisk was erected at the site to honor Soviet soldiers. In 1990, efforts were made to restore the monument. 25. VIII.1996 unveiled a "new" monument modeled on the pre-war project, with slightly changed decoration, f. 8.5 x 13.5cm
