A plaque commemorating Polish soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik War. The plaque is an enlarged version of the reverse of the "Poległym cześć" medal made by the State Mint. This plaque was also made by the State Mint, the reverse shows the beaten signature "State Mint" and the Kościesza coat of arms. The plaque depicts a Polish soldier hugging a regimental banner to his chest. At the top an earring for hanging on the wall. Brass or bronze. Diameter: 240mm.
