Poland, Cracow, 1924.
Rectangular, topped with a pointed arch, bearing an eyelet at the top. At the top an image of the Virgin Mary with the Child, above it a pair of angels supporting a crown. On the sides figures of hussars, in the depth - a view of the Wawel Hill. At the bottom cartouches with the Eagle and the Pogo.
On the back the inscription: "Issued by the Committee for the redemption of the Church of St. Agnes in Cracow 1924".
St. Agnes Church in Cracow - now restored is now a garrison church of the Polish Army.
