Commemorative poster of the 1st National Convention on 17 and 18 March 1917. Hussar blowing his trumpet, holding a copy in his right hand. The National Convention, convened by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Provisional Council of State, was held on March 17 - 18, 1917. This poster commemorates the event. The placard was made in the Warsaw workshop of Wincenty Stefan Wisniewski (1883-1945). Bronze. Dimensions 26 x 20 mm. Very good condition.
