Rare patriotic leaflet, maintained in the art deco convention, issued to commemorate the 10th All-Polish Rally of Legionaries, organized on 8-9.08.1931. The convention was attended by about 10,000 participants, including President Ignacy Moscicki, the Marshals_x0002_of the Sejm and Senate, and a large group of generals and senior officers.
