[WYSZYÑSKI Stefan - Primate during the Celebration of the Millennium of the Baptism of Poland - situational photographs]. [1966]. Set of 4 photographs form. 14x9 cm, of unknown authorship.
A shot of the Primate of Poland during the millennium celebrations. In one of the shots one can see the Primate standing behind his secretary, Fr. inflate Wladyslaw Padacz, in the last shot one can see, among others, Fr. Leon Knabit, the commentator of the celebrations. Very good condition.
S. Wyszyński (1901-1981) - Roman Catholic clergyman, Primate of Poland from 1948-1981, from 1953 cardinal. One of the greatest Poles of the 20th century, referred to as the Primate of the Millennium, statesman, defender of the Church during the Stalinist era, interned by the authorities of the People's Republic of Poland. His beatification took place on September 12, 2021.
