Jadwiga Golcz (1866-1936) - co-founder of the Warsaw Photographic Society. Her atelier was located on Erevanska Street, and later at the Bristol Hotel. She was driven to bankruptcy by her attempt to establish the first photographic school in 1910, with Rev. Wlodzimierz Kirchner.
