Beautiful group photo of soldiers of the 1st Company of the 2nd Grenadier Battalion. The photo was taken in Scotland in 1946. The photo shows a group of 88 soldiers. The commander of the 1st Company, Lt. Hegerberger, is visible among the soldiers. Three plaques are visible in the photograph, which show, from the left, a flame grenade, an inscription written in chalk "2 Grenadier Baon. 19-Scotland-46 1st Company", the symbol of the 2nd Grenadier Battalion in the form of a lion against a background of the number 2. On the reverse side are the signatures of all the soldiers visible in the photo. The photograph measures 28,2x11,2 cm. Condition of the photograph as seen in the photos.
