Album made according to the concept of the artist Pawel Pier¶ciñski, who made a selection of sixty-four photographs documenting the unique in the world place, which is the Fir-Beech Forest. The fir and beech forest, located within the Swietokrzyski National Park, was named "Fir Forest" by Stefan Zeromski, who praised the nature of the Swietokrzyskie Mountains in a poem of that name. "Pushcha is nobody's - not mine, nor yours, nor ours, but God's, holy!" - he wrote. The publication features texts by Stefan Zeromski, but also by Stanislaw Staszic, Wladyslaw Napoleon Medynski or Jan Gajzler.
