Maciej Skaza (born 1970). Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Krakow University of Technology. Awarded a Creative Scholarship of the City of Cracow (1999) for Young Artists.
In the field of architecture. Doctoral degree in architecture theory. Since 1994, employee of the Faculty of Architecture of the Krakow University of Technology, currently assistant professor of research and teaching. Architect; member of SARP and the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland; author and co-author of many projects (implementation and theoretical), as well as dozens of scientific and popular science publications (also as an editor). Scientific activities are combined with professional and didactic work, focused on the perception of contemporary architecture, with particular attention to its cultural conditions. Winner of awards and prizes in architectural competitions, participant in architectural and photographic exhibitions; avid traveler and observer of contemporary reality.
