Shot taken at the exit of the oldest city park, with Trzeciego Maja Street visible in front, with a section of Slowackiego Street to the Main Post Office in the left part of the composition. On the lower margin of the backing print: "Lviv / Artist Atelier M. Goldberg / Jagielońska 11. Photo glued on original cardboard backing with gilded edges. On the back an advertising vignette of the establishment printed: "Atelier Artistique Photographique de M. Goldberg Lviv Ul. Jagielońska No 11". Edges slightly scuffed, otherwise good condition. Enclosed original company tissue paper with advertising vignette (slightly folded and torn).
M. Goldberg - in the 1880s and 1890s owner of a photographic establishment in Lviv at 11 Jagiellonska St. and from 1906 at 10 3 Maja St. Publisher of albums with views of the city.
