Anart groupthat has beenactive since 1979, consisting of: Marek Janiak, Andrzej Kwietniewski (until 2007), Adam Rzepecki, Andrzej Świetlik and AndrzejWielogórski-Makary.From the beginning, photography has been the primary medium inwhich they realize their artistic projects. Theiroutput also includesfilms, videos,performancesand texts. Between 1988 and 2000 they created "great pastiches," a series of staged large-format photographs commenting on selected works of European painting, including Polish. Lodz Kaliska's works have been exhibited many times in Poland and abroad. They can be found in collections including: Museum of Art in Lodz, CCA Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw,National Museumsin Poznan, Wroclaw and Kielce, Silesian Museum in Katowice, Zachęta in Szczecin, Olsztyn and Lodz, BWA Bielsko-Biala, La Sapienza University and in private collections.
