The offered photograph shows:
Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird - a long-range strategic reconnaissance aircraft, the fastest aircraft ever put into operational service in the Air Force. Designed in the late 1950s and early 1960s for the CIA, it was operated by the CIA, NASA and the USAF. A twin-engine delta medium jet aircraft, it reached a speed of Mach 3.5 and a ceiling of 26,000 meters[2], making it unattainable for defense systems of the time. The SR-71 was an unarmed, two-seat aircraft, with an RSO, or electronic reconnaissance systems officer, in the second cabin behind the pilot. Its range allowed deep penetration of the enemy's terrain without having to cross borders or breach enemy airspace.
