Jacek Maria Stokłosa - (born 1944) graphic designer and photographer who is also engaged in applied graphics and exhibition. Studied at the Faculties of Industrial Forms and Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Associated with the environment of the Krzysztofory Gallery in Cracow and the Foksal Gallery in Warsaw. For many years he performed as an actor in Tadeusz Kantor's Cricot 2 theater. In 1967, together with Lesław Janicki and Wacław Janicki, he founded the Second Group. He is a member of ZPAF and ZPAP.
