Shots during a meeting probably at the headquarters of the Literary Publishing House in Cracow. The meeting was chaired by Andrzej Kurz (born 1931 - long-time director of the publishing house), present were Czeslaw Milosz, literary critics: Jan Blonski (1931-2009 - friend of the Nobel Prize winner), Jerzy Kwiatkowski (1927-1986 - poet, head of the contemporary literature department in 1955-1958 at Wydawnictwo Literackie), Aleksander Fiut (born 1945 - researcher of the Nobel Prize winner's works) and Katarzyna Krzemuska (1930-2014 - co-founder of Wydawnictwo Literackie and its chief editor. On the table one can see a piece of the newly published "The Issa Valley". The entire meeting was recorded (the journalist can be seen with a cassette recorder on her shoulder and a boom microphone). Good condition.
C. Miłosz (1911-2004) - Polish poet, prose writer, essayist, literary historian, translator, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature for 1980. From 1951 to 1993 he was in exile in France and the USA. After his departure, he was banned from printing in the People's Republic of Poland until 1980.
