After the German and Russian invasion of the Republic in 09.1939 and the start of World War II, arrested in Bydgoszcz as part of the "Intelligenzaktion" by the Germans on 05(or 15).10.1939, along with hundreds of representatives of the intelligentsia, including teachers, from Bydgoszcz and the surrounding area.
Detained in Bydgoszcz (in barracks of military barracks).
Murdered in a mass execution, right on 10/11.1939.
