In 1939 he graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied under Feliks Szcz ę sny Kowarski and Leonard P ę kalski. He was a member of the "Warsaw" group. He was a painter, graphic artist and draughtsman, not affiliated with any group or artistic orientation. He used a variety of techniques (pen, pen, graphic techniques, ink) to create monothematic series, including " Seabed " , " War Against Man " . , " Imaginary Portraits ". , series " Reminiscences " , " Epitaphs " , " Family " , " Sacrum " . He painted paintings with synthetically captured forms and figures, with rich backgrounds and relief textures, he also did fine art and stained glass (design of a stained glass window for the Mausoleum of Struggle and Martyrdom in Szucha Avenue in Warsaw).
