Top Pop: the finest graded example! Series 7 - number 23992, visible on the reverse via a blue hand stamp with the words "registered by the Imperial Ottoman Bank in Constantinople in 1876" and a second black stamp in the top center. Uniform "carpet" printing on the front (with green and light red). This type is rare and sought-after, as it is from the period of Sultan Murad V (only 3 months of reign, the shortest in Ottoman history). Only 2 other examples are referenced in the PMG population database to date.
