Graduated in 1900 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow - studied in the studio of J. Unierzyski. In 1931 he participated in the Autumn Salon at the Grand Palais in Paris, the theme of which was theatrical art. In 1939, he participated in the Exhibition of Contemporary Religious Art in Cracow organized by the Brother Albert Section of Religious Artists and Visual Artists. His works are in the Academic Museum of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, among others. He painted landscape, portraits, genre scenes of Krakow and its environs and battle scenes, often from the Napoleonic wars.
