Painter, began his studies at the St. Petersburg Academy, continued at the Polish School of Fine Arts in Kiev under Krzyzanowski. In 1918 he returned to the country, took part in the fighting in Cieszyn Silesia. The artist's paintings, mostly landscapes, are characterized by subdued colors and a gentle mood. His work was influenced by Krzyzanowski and the Stanislavski school.
