From 1909 to 1917 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studios of Jozef Pankiewicz and Teodor Axentowicz. He exhibited, among others: at the Independent Exhibition in Krakow (1926), at the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poznan, Kalisz, Piotrkow. He is known mainly for his pastel-painted works depicting figures of women and girls in Podhale costumes, in which the inspiration of Axentowicz's painting is evident.
