Mikhail GORSTKIN WYWIÓRSKI (1861-1926), Green bushes under the gray sky

The painting comes from the collection of the artist's family and, together with the entire collection (numbering 150 landscapes and landscape painting studies), was exhibited at an exhibition at the Zamek Cultural Center in Poznan in 2004. This exhibition was accompanied by an extensive catalog, containing descriptions and reproductions of all the artist's works on display, grouped into several sets of landscapes. The painting presented here was included in Chapter I, "Nocturnes and Cloud Studies."
