Biography
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Leon Wyczółkowski, Teodor Axentowicz in 1911-14 and 1919-20, and from 1916 at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. After his studies he moved to Zakopane, from where he was displaced during the occupation and settled in Lodz. Around 1925 he traveled to Palestine and Egypt. He painted Tatra landscapes and views with oriental themes. His works can be seen in the collection of Zakopane's Tatra Museum.
