Konstantin Wróblewski began his study of drawing and painting in Odessa. From 1890 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, from 1994 in the studio of Archip Kuindzhi. In 1897 he received the title of artist, in 1898 he traveled around Europe visiting Berlin, Dresden, Cologne, Paris, Vienna. From 1898 he constantly participated in the spring exhibitions held at the St. Petersburg Academy. From 1898 to 1924 he taught in the schools of Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 1924 he permanently settled in Warsaw, where he regularly exhibited his paintings at the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and had several solo shows. He participated in the General National Exhibition in Poznan (1929). He belonged to the "Pro Arte" group. He was a landscape painter - he painted mountain views from the Carpathian and Tatra Mountains, the Bieszczady Mountains, Podolia and Polesia. His paintings are characterized by vivid colors and a penchant for luminous effects. Many of his paintings, especially from the earlier period, are in Russian collections.
