Painter, educator. Studied decorative painting at the State Industrial School in Lviv, trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, continued his studies in Munich. He took part in the First World War. He lived successively in Cracow and Lviv. He painted and drew landscapes, battle and genre scenes, most often using the horse motif. He perfectly mastered the technique of watercolor, sketched a lot, and many of his drawings made in ink, sepia and ink have survived.
