Julian Fałat (1853-1929), Italian Landscape, 1913

Watercolor, paper; dimensions in light pp: 27 x 50 cm; signed p. d.: Fałat / Abbazia 913. The work is framed in the so-called "museum glass" of the American company TrueVue.

The work was created in Opatija, on the Croatian-Italian border (hence the Italian equivalent - Abbazia) on the Istrian peninsula. The Fałats spent several months there in 1913.
