Biography
Animalist and German landscape painter. He studied in Berlin. In the 1930s he stayed in Pomerania and Szczecin, where he had a studio. He painted mainly animals - deer, elk, pheasants - depicting them in their natural habitat, in a field or woodland landscape, as well as mountainous landscape motifs.
