Polish painter. He took his first lessons in drawing and painting at Szczepan Andrzejewski's School of Drawing and Anatomy, from 1920 he studied mural painting for two years at the State School of Decorative Arts and Artistic Industry under Prof. Jarczewski. In 1922 he went to Hel for the first time to paint in the open air. From 1926 to 1930 he took private lessons from Maurycy Trębacz, who directed him to continue his studies in Munich. In 1934 he founded the Art Salon on Hel, which existed until the outbreak of World War II. Some of Antoni Kierpal's works are in the National Museum in Szczecin, with individual pieces in private collections. The artist depicted the life and work of fishermen and seaside landscapes in his paintings. He rests in the St. Francis Cemetery in Lodz.
