Quite rare. The Third Petrograd Ladies’ Committee of the Russian Red Cross Society was located in Petrograd at 27 Millionnaya Street, the Palace of Her Imperial Highness Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna. The chairwoman of the committee was H.I.H. Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna (1854–1920). Jetons were issued by resolution of the Committee Council to donors contributing to the Mariinsky Barrack Hospital. A silver badge was approved on September 25, 1900 and awarded for a single donation of no less than 10 rubles.
