REGULATIONS
organized
by STATION OF ART GALLERY
I.
General provisions
1.
The organizer of the auction is Station of Art Gallery,
operated by EURO Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Warsaw
(00-457) at Jezierskiego 7, unit 23, registered in the National Court Register
under the number KRS: 0000125353, NIP: 5222369607, REGON: 013028600,
hereinafter referred to as "Station of Art Gallery" or "Art
Gallery" or "Organizer".
2.
The auction is conducted in Polish, based on Polish law.
II.
Items available at the auction
1.
The auction includes artworks entrusted for sale by their
owners or owned by Station of Art Gallery.
2.
According to the owners' statements, the submitted artworks
are their property, free from legal defects, not subject to any administrative,
judicial, or tax proceedings, free from seizure and encumbrances, and not
subject to any claims by third parties.
3.
Descriptions may not fully reflect the condition of the
artworks. The absence of information in the descriptions regarding damages does
not imply that the object does not have any. The Art Gallery encourages viewing
the artworks during the pre-auction exhibition or consulting their condition
with the Gallery.
4.
Artworks may be withdrawn from the auction at any time
without stating a reason.
III.
Place and dates of the auction
1.
Bidding for items is possible online via the onebid.pl
portal.
2.
Auction dates are announced on the website www.stationof.art. Station of
Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel the announced auction without stating
a reason, and will inform about it through an announcement posted on the
website www.stationof.art.
3.
Artworks being auctioned are displayed on the website www.stationof.art.
IV.
Participation in the auction
Participation in the bidding is open to all individuals with full
legal capacity, including representatives of legal entities, as well as persons
authorized by them, and partners of partnerships.
V.
Participation Online
In the case of participation in the auction through online auction
portals, the respective regulations of those portals apply.
VI.
Course of the Auction
1.
Prices submitted during the bidding are gross prices
(including VAT).
2.
The auction for an item ends when the specific auction
concludes. The purchaser of the artwork is the entity that offered the highest
price. This is equivalent to the conclusion of a sales agreement between
Station of Art Gallery and the bidder who offered the highest amount.
3.
The conclusion of the auction at the reserve price or above
it signifies that a sales agreement has been reached, and the buyer is obliged
to pay the purchase price for the auction item within the timeframe specified
in these Regulations.
VII.
Bidding Increments
The bidding
starts at the reserve price. Subsequent increments should be made according to

VIII.
Purchase Orders and Price
Limits
An entity interested in participating in the Auction but unable to
attend personally during the auction may submit a purchase order for selected
artworks, specifying a price limit.
IX.
Auction Fee
An auction fee (organizational fee) of 20% of the winning bid amount
is added to the final price of the artwork. The organizational fee, together
with the winning bid amount, constitutes the purchase price of the auction
item. The purchase price is a gross price.
X.
Payment of the Purchase
Price
1.
The buyer is obligated to pay for the acquired item within 7
(seven) calendar days from the date of the auction's conclusion.
2.
Payment of the purchase price (the winning bid amount plus a
20% auction fee) can be made using the following payment methods:
a)
Payment by debit/credit card at Station of Art Gallery,
located at Grzybowska 12/14 in Warsaw;
b)
Bank transfer to the EURO Sp. z o.o. bank account with the
number: 05 1090 2851 0000 0001 4796 2172.
3.
Please include the auction name, auction date, and the
number of the winning item in the transfer title.
4.
For bank transfers, the day of payment is considered the day
when the funds are credited to the bank account specified in point 2(b).
5.
For the purchase of certain artworks, a droit de suite fee
may apply in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act. This fee
amounts to a maximum of 5% of the winning bid price. This fee is separate from
the auction fee and is borne by the buyer. The artworks subject to this fee
will include information about it in the auction description.
XI.
Release of Auction Items,
Ownership Rights
1.
Ownership rights to the artwork transfer to the buyer upon
payment of the winning bid price and auction fee (purchase price). In the event
of a delay in payment of the artwork price or auction fee, Station of Art
Gallery reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded with the
buyer after the unsuccessful expiration of an additional period specified for
payment.
2.
The release of auction items is contingent upon the payment
of the purchase price within 7 calendar days from the payment of the winning
bid price and the presentation of a document confirming the buyer's identity.
3.
The collection of the artwork by a party other than the
buyer is possible upon prior presentation of written authorization granted by
the buyer.
4.
Along with the artwork, the buyer receives an authenticity
certificate from Station of Art Gallery.
5.
We prefer the collection of artwork at Station of Art
Gallery, located at Grzybowska 12/14 in Warsaw, during the gallery's working
hours.
6.
We provide basic packaging for the purchased artwork,
enabling personal collection. If necessary and upon the client's request, we
will provide necessary assistance in organizing transportation, particularly
through contact with a specialized company dealing with the packaging and
shipping of artworks or another courier company that will arrange transportation
according to the client's preference. The shipment of artworks is at the
expense and risk of the buyer.
7.
After 15 days from the auction date, the buyer assumes the
risk of loss and damage to the uncollected item, as well as the associated
burdens, including the cost of insurance. Collection should be made within 15
days from the auction. After this period, the Art Gallery is entitled to charge
a fee of not less than 50 PLN for each day of storing the artwork. Station of
Art Gallery shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the artwork.
8.
Station of Art Gallery does not assume responsibility for
damages to artworks that occur during transportation by third parties
(including courier companies).
XII.
Non-Payment
In the event that the buyer fails to pay the full purchase price
within the specified timeframe as outlined in the regulations, Station of Art
Gallery may take the following actions:
a)
Store the artwork in the
storage of the Art Gallery or other designated storage facility at the sole
expense and risk of the buyer;
b)
Withdraw from the sale of the
artwork;
c)
Prevent the buyer from
participating in future auctions;
d)
Charge statutory interest for
late payment from the due date until the full payment of the price of the item
(purchase price, auction fee, droit de suite fee, or other fees related to the
specific artwork);
e)
Initiate legal proceedings
against the buyer to recover the outstanding amount;
f)
Take any other necessary
actions appropriate to the circumstances.
XIII.
Ownership, Copyright
1.
The ownership rights to the artwork pass to the buyer upon
the full payment of the purchase price of the auction item to the bank account
of Station of Art Gallery. Station of Art Gallery does not transfer any
intellectual property rights or reproduction rights with the artwork.
2.
Station of Art Gallery does not assume responsibility for
hidden physical or legal defects of the purchased artworks and reserves the
right to withdraw the artwork from the auction without providing a reason.
XIV.
Exportation
For some items, permission for exportation may be required in
accordance with the Act on the Protection of Monuments and the Care of
Monuments. If the buyer wishes to export the purchased item abroad, it is the
buyer's responsibility to obtain the necessary permits. The Art Gallery does not
provide permits for the export of items. Failure to obtain an export permit
does not constitute grounds for withdrawing from the purchase or delaying the
full payment of the purchased artwork.
XV.
Complaints
Station of Art Gallery is not responsible for hidden physical and
legal defects of purchased objects. We obtain the information we receive about
a given work from its owners, who are solely responsible for the information
provided.
XVI.
AML
Considering the AML directives regarding anti-money laundering and
countering the financing of terrorism, Station of Art Gallery will apply
additional financial security measures to buyers of artworks with a price
exceeding 10,000 euros. This includes requesting additional information or
documents necessary to fulfill the obligations outlined in the AML directive.
The Art Gallery reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the required
information or documents are not provided or if there is reasonable suspicion
of illegal activity.
XVII. Liability
1.
Station of Art Gallery is not liable for verbal or written
mistakes in the information provided to clients, nor is it responsible for
errors that may occur during the auction or in any other aspect related to the
sale of the artwork.
2.
In no event shall Station of Art Gallery be held responsible
for damages exceeding the purchase price, regardless of the nature or extent of
the damages. Station of Art Gallery is also not obligated to pay interest on
the purchase price.
XVIII. Processing of Personal Data
1.
Station of Art Gallery, as the data controller, processes
personal data in connection with the organization of the auction. Therefore, it
informs that:
a)
The data controller for personal data is Euro Sp. z o.o.
with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jezierskiego 7 lok. 23, 00-457 Warsaw.
Station of Art Gallery processes personal data such as name, surname, telephone
number, email address, and, in the case of a non-natural person, the name and
surname of the authorized person acting on behalf of that entity, their
telephone number, and email address;
b)
Personal data will be processed solely for the preparation,
conduct, and settlement of the auction, unless the individual gives consent for
the processing of their personal data for other purposes. In such cases, the
provisions of Station of Art Gallery's Privacy Policy will apply;
c)
The processing of personal data is based on the individual's
consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Each individual has the right to withdraw
their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing
carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal;
d)
Providing personal data is voluntary but is also a condition
for participation in the auction and is necessary for the conclusion of a sales
contract;
e)
Each individual has the right to request access to their
personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as
the right to object to the processing, in accordance with the applicable
provisions on the protection of personal data, particularly the GDPR;
f)
Each individual has the right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures and provisions
concerning the protection of personal data, particularly the GDPR;
g)
Personal data will not be disclosed to any recipients,
except for entities providing accounting and legal services to Station of Art
Gallery, courier companies, and authorities authorized under relevant
regulations to request personal data of participants in the auction.
2. Station of Art
Gallery reserves the right to inspect the identity documents of participants in
the auction in order to verify the accuracy of the provided data and to verify
the identity of the person receiving the acquired item.
3.
The provision stated above applies accordingly to the
authorized representative of a non-natural person participant.
4. The organizer
will process the personal data of participants only to the extent necessary and
in compliance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal
data, including the GDPR. The personal data of participants will be processed
only by individuals authorized by the organizer, ensuring their integrity and
security.

ART GALLERY
I.
Postanowienia
ogólne
1.
Organizatorem
aukcji jest Station of Art Gallery prowadzona przez EURO spółka z ograniczoną
odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Warszawie (00-457) przy ul. Jezierskiego 7 lok.
23, wpisaną do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod nr KRS:
0000125353, NIP: 5222369607, REGON: 013028600, zwana dalej „Station of Art
Gallery” lub „Galerią Sztuki” lub „Organizatorem”.
2.
Aukcja
jest prowadzona w języku polskim, na podstawie prawa polskiego.
II.
Przedmioty
dostępne na aukcji
1.
Przedmiotem
aukcji są dzieła sztuki powierzone do sprzedaży przez ich właścicieli lub
stanowiącej własność Station of Art Gallery.
2.
Zgodnie
z oświadczeniami właścicieli dzieł sztuki, zgłoszone dzieła stanowią ich
własność, są wolne od wad prawnych, nie są objęte jakimkolwiek postępowaniem
administracyjnym, sądowym lub skarbowym, są wolne od zajęcia i zastawu oraz
innych ograniczonych praw rzeczowych oraz nie są przedmiotem jakichkolwiek
roszczeń osób trzecich.
- Opisy mogą nie przedstawiać pełnego stanu
zachowania dzieł. Brak informacji w opisach odnośnie o uszkodzeniach nie
jest tożsamy z tym, że obiekt ich nie posiada. Galeria Sztuki zachęca do
oględzin dzieł sztuki podczas wystawy przedaukcyjnej lub konsultacji stanu
z Galerią.
- Dzieła mogą zostać wycofane z aukcji bez podania
przyczyny w każdym czasie.
III.
Miejsce
i terminy aukcji
1.
Licytacja
obiektów jest możliwa Internetowo za pośrednictwem portalu onebid.pl
2.
Terminy
aukcji są ogłaszane na stronie internetowej www.stationof.art. Station of Art Gallery zastrzega
sobie prawo do odwołania ogłoszonej aukcji bez podawania przyczyn, o czym
poinformuje w formie zamieszczonego na stronie www.stationof.art ogłoszenia.
3.
Dzieła
sztuki będące przedmiotem aukcji są umieszczane na stronie internetowej www.stationof.art.
IV.
Udział
w aukcji
Do udziału w licytacji uprawnione są wszystkie osoby fizyczne posiadające
pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych, w tym również organy reprezentujące osoby
prawne, a także osoby przez nie upoważnione, oraz wspólnicy spółek osobowych.
V.
Udział
przez Internet
W przypadku uczestnictwa w aukcji za pośrednictwem internetowych portali
aukcyjnych zastosowanie mają odpowiednie regulaminy tych portali.
VI.
Przebieg
licytacji
1.
Ceny
zgłaszane w trakcie licytacji są cenami brutto (tj. zawierają podatek VAT).
2.
Zakończenie
licytacji obiektu następuje w momencie zakończenia się danej aukcji. Nabywcą
dzieła jest podmiot, który zaoferował najwyższą cenę. Jest to równoznaczne z
zawarciem umowy sprzedaży między Station of Art Gallery a licytującym, który
zaoferował najwyższą kwotę.
3.
Zakończenie
licytacji na poziomie ceny wywoławczej lub powyżej tej ceny oznacza, iż umowa
sprzedaży została zawarta, a nabywca jest zobowiązany do zapłaty ceny nabycia
przedmiotu licytacji za obiekt, w ustalonym w niniejszym Regulaminie terminie.
VII.
Postąpienia
Licytacja rozpoczyna się od ceny wywoławczej. Kolejne
postąpienia powinny być dokonywane zgodne według poniżej wskazanych:

VIII.
Zlecenia
i limity ceny
Podmiot zainteresowany udziałem w Aukcji, a nie mogący w niej uczestniczyć
osobiście w czasie trwania aukcji, może złożyć zlecenie kupna wybranych przez siebie
dzieł sztuki z podaniem limitu cenowego.
IX.
Opłata
aukcyjna
Do wylicytowanej
ceny danego dzieła doliczana jest opłata aukcyjna (organizacyjna) w
wysokości 20% kwoty wylicytowanej. Kwota opłaty organizacyjnej oraz
kwota wylicytowanej ceny stanowią cenę nabycia przedmiotu licytacji. Cena
nabycia stanowi cenę brutto.
X.
Zapłata
ceny nabycia
1.
Nabywca
zobowiązany jest zapłacić za wylicytowany obiekt w terminie 7 (słownie: siedmiu)
dni kalendarzowych, licząc od daty zakończenia licytacji.
2.
Dokonanie
zapłaty ceny nabycia (kwota wylicytowanego dzieła powiększona o 20 % opłaty
aukcyjnej) jest możliwe w następujących formach płatności:
a.
kartą
płatniczą w Station of Art Gallery przy Grzybowskiej 12/14 w Warszawie;
b.
przelewem
bankowym należącym do EURO Sp. z o.o. o numerze: 05 1090 2851 0000 0001 4796
2172.
3.
W
tytule przelewu prosimy podawać nazwę aukcji, datę aukcji oraz numer
wylicytowanego obiektu.
4.
W
przypadku przelewów, za dzień zapłaty należy rozumieć wpływ środków na rachunek
bankowy wskazany w ust. 2 pkt. b.
5.
Przy
zakupie niektórych dzieł doliczana jest opłata droit de suite, zgodnie z z
ustawą o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych. Opłata ta wynosi maksymalnie 5%
ceny wylicytowanej. Opłata ta jest niezależna od opłaty aukcyjnej i obciąża
kupującego. Dzieła objęte tą opłatą zawierają w opisie aukcji informację o tym.
XI.
Wydanie
przedmiotów licytacji, prawo własności
1.
Prawo
własności do dzieła sztuki przechodzi na nabywcę w momencie opłacenia
wylicytowanej ceny dzieła i opłaty aukcyjnej (ceny nabycia). W przypadku zwłoki
z dokonaniem zapłaty ceny dzieła sztuki lub opłaty aukcyjnej Station of Art
Gallery zastrzega sobie prawo do odstąpienia od umowy zawartej z nabywcą po
bezskutecznym upływie terminu dodatkowego wyznaczonego na zapłatę.
2.
Wydanie
przedmiotów licytacji następuje pod warunkiem uiszczenia ceny nabycia w
terminie do 7 dni kalendarzowych od wpłaty ceny nabycia oraz okazania dokumentu
potwierdzającego tożsamość nabywcy.
3.
Odbiór
dzieła przez podmiot inny niż nabywca, możliwe jest po uprzednim okazaniu pisemnego
upoważnienia udzielonego przez nabywcę.
4.
Wraz
z dziełem, nabywca otrzymuje od Station of Art Gallery certyfikat
autentyczności
5.
Preferujemy
odbiór dzieła w Station of Art Gallery przy Grzybowskiej 12/14 w Warszawie, w
godzinach pracy Galerii Sztuki.
6.
Zapewniamy
podstawowe opakowanie zakupionego dzieła umożliwiające jego odbiór osobisty. W
razie potrzeby i na życzenie klienta udzielimy niezbędnej pomocy w celu
organizacji transportu, w szczególności poprzez kontakt z wyspecjalizowaną
firmą zajmującą się pakowaniem i wysyłką dzieł sztuki lub inną firmą kurierską,
która zorganizuje transport zgodnie z życzeniem klienta. Wysyłka dzieł
następuje na koszt i ryzyko nabywcy.
7.
Po
upływie 15 dni od daty Aukcji na kupującego przechodzi ryzyko utraty i
uszkodzenia nieodebranego obiektu, a także ciężary związane z takim obiektem, w
tym koszty jego ubezpieczenia. Odbiór powinien zostać dokonany do 15 dni od
licytacji. Po upływie tego terminu, Galeria Sztuki uprawniona będzie do
naliczania opłaty w wysokości nie mniejszej niż 50 zł z każdy dzień
przechowywania dzieła. Station of Art Gallery nie będzie ponosiła
odpowiedzialności za ewentualną utratę czy uszkodzenie dzieła.
8.
Station
of Art Gallery nie bierze na siebie odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenia dzieł
powstałe w trakcie transportu dokonywanego przez podmioty trzecie (w tym
szczególnie firmy kurierskie).
XII.
Brak
płatności
W przypadku, gdy nabywca nie uiści pełnej ceny nabycia, we
wskazanym w regulaminie terminie, Station of Art Gallery może następująco:
a)
przechowywać
dzieło w magazynie Galerii Sztuki lub innym magazynie do tego przeznaczonym na
wyłączny koszt i ryzyko nabywcy;
b)
odstąpić
od sprzedaży dzieła;
c)
uniemożliwić
udział nabywcy w aukcji w przyszłości;
d)
naliczyć
ustawowe odsetki za opóźnienie w zapłacie od dnia wymagalności płatności do
dnia zapłaty pełnej ceny danego obiektu (ceny nabycia, opłaty aukcyjnej, opłaty
droit de suite lub innych, dotyczących danego dzieła);
e)
wystąpić
na drogę postępowania sądowego przeciwko nabywcy w celu dochodzenia zaległości;
f)
podjąć
inne niezbędne działania stosowne do zaistniałych okoliczności.
XIII.
Własność,
prawa autorskie
1.
Prawo
własności egzemplarza dzieła przechodzi na kupującego w momencie dokonania
pełnej wpłaty kwoty nabycia przedmiotu licytacji na rachunek bankowy Station of
Art Gallery. Station of Art Gallery nie przekazuje wraz z dziełem majątkowych
praw autorskich do niego ani prawa do reprodukcji.
2.
Station
of Art Gallery nie bierze na siebie odpowiedzialności za ukryte wady fizyczne i
prawne zakupionych dzieł oraz zastrzega sobie prawo do wycofania dzieła z
licytacji bez podawania przyczyny.
XIV.
Wywóz
za granicę
Dla niektórych obiektów może być wymagane pozwolenie na wywóz za
granicę, zgodnie z ustawą o ochronie zabytków i opiece nad zabytkami. W
przypadku chęci wywiezienia zakupionego obiektu za granicę, na nabywcy tego
dzieła ciąży obowiązek uzyskania odpowiednich pozwoleń. Galeria Sztuki nie
zapewnia pozwoleń na wywóz obiektów za granicę. Brak uzyskania pozwolenia na
wywóz nie stanowi podstawy do odstąpienia od zakupu lub opóźnienia płatności
pełnej ceny za nabyte dzieło.
XV.
Reklamacje
Station of Art Gallery nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ukryte
wady fizyczne oraz prawne zakupionych obiektów. Otrzymane informacje o danym
dziele pozyskujemy od ich właścicieli, którzy są wyłącznie odpowiedzialni za
podane informacje.
XVI.
AML
Mając na uwadze dyrektywy AML w zakresie przeciwdziałania praniu
pieniędzy oraz finansowania terroryzmu, Station od Art Gallery, wobec nabywców dzieł
o cenie przekraczającej 10.000 euro będzie stosować dodatkowe środki
bezpieczeństwa finansowego poprzez żądanie udzielenia dodatkowych informacji
lub okazania dodatkowych dokumentów, niezbędnych do realizacji obowiązków
zawartych w dyrektywie AML. Galeria Sztuki ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w
przypadku nie przedstawienia stosownych informacji lub dokumentów, a także w
przypadku uzasadnionego podejrzenia popełnienia czynu zabronionego.
XVII.
Odpowiedzialność
1.
Station
of Art Gallery nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za pomyłki słowne czy na piśmie w
zakresie informacji podanych klientom oraz nie ponosi odpowiedzialności wobec
podmiotów licytujących za błędy w trakcie aukcji lub które wystąpią w innym
zakresie związanym ze sprzedażą dzieła.
2.
W
żadnym wypadku, Station of Art Gallery nie bierze odpowiedzialności wobec
kupującego za szkody przewyższające cenę nabycia, niezależnie od rodzaju szkody
i jej rozmiarów. Station of Art Gallery nie jest także zobowiązana do zapłaty
odsetek od ceny nabycia.
XVIII.
Przetwarzanie
danych osobowych
1.
Station
of Art Gallery przetwarzając dane osobowe w związku z organizacją Aukcji, jest
administratorem danych osobowych podmiotów biorących udział w aukcji, w związku
z czym niniejszym informuje, że:
a.
administratorem
danych osobowych jest Euro Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Jezierskiego
7 lok. 23, 00-457 Warszawa. Station of Art Gallery przetwarza takie dane
osobowe jak: imię, nazwisko, numer telefonu, adres poczty elektronicznej, a wypadku
podmiotu niebędącego osobą fizyczną: imię i nazwisko osoby uprawnionej do
działania w imieniu tego podmiotu, jej numer telefonu i adres poczty
elektronicznej;
b.
dane
osobowe podmiotów będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przygotowania,
przeprowadzenia i rozliczenia Aukcji, chyba że dany podmiot wyrazi zgodę na
przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych w innych celach. W takim przypadku
zastosowanie będą mieć postanowienia Polityki prywatności Station of Art
Gallery;
c.
przetwarzanie
danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie zgody podmiotu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a
RODO). Każdy podmiot ma prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie, co nie
wpłynie na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody
przed jej cofnięciem;
d.
podanie
danych osobowych jest dobrowolne ale jest też warunkiem udziału w Aukcji i jest
niezbędne do zawarcia umowy sprzedaży;
e.
każdy
podmiot ma prawo do żądania dostępu do danych osobowych dotyczących swojej
osoby, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz posiada
prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, na zasadach wskazanych w
obowiązujących przepisach dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych, w szczególności

podmiot ma prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, w trybie i na
podstawie przepisów dotyczących ochrony danych osobowych, w szczególności RODO;

osobowe nie będą przekazywane żadnym odbiorcom, z wyłączeniem podmiotów
obsługujących Station of Art Gallery w zakresie księgowym i prawnym, a także z
wyłączeniem firm kurierskich oraz organów uprawnionych na podstawie
odpowiednich przepisów do żądania podania danych osobowych podmiotów biorących
udział w Aukcji.
2.
Station
of Art Gallery zastrzega sobie prawo do wglądu w dokumenty tożsamości podmiotów
biorących udział w Aukcji w celu weryfikacji poprawności przekazanych danych
oraz w celu weryfikacji podmiotu dokonującego odbioru wylicytowanego
przedmiotu.
3.
Postanowienie
ustępu poprzedzającego stosuje się odpowiednio do osoby upoważnionej do
reprezentowania Uczestnika niebędącego osobą fizyczną.
4.
Organizator
będzie przetwarzał dane osobowe Uczestników wyłącznie w niezbędnym zakresie, w
sposób zgodny z obowiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi ochrony danych osobowych,
w tym z RODO. Dane osobowe Uczestników będą przetwarzane wyłącznie przez osoby
upoważnione przez Organizatora, w sposób zapewniający ich integralność i
bezpieczeństwo.
