Michał Wróbel - born in 1995 in Gdynia (Poland). Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. Diploma in the studio of Prof. Andrzej Śramkiewicz in 2018. He does easel and monumental painting and creates installations using water, light and sound. In his work, he refers to American painting of the last century and the classics of European painting. He is interested in contemporary philosophy. Characteristic of his art is the asceticism of color, which is the recording of feelings on canvas in sublime forms. He works mainly with oil and acrylic paints, and replaces traditional brushes with putty and metal profiles. He constantly tries to blur the line between the work and the viewer. His works are usually covered with numerous streaks and gilding, in which he finds harmony, inspiration, beauty and hope; the paintings are in numerous private collections in Poland, Germany, the United States, Belgium, Denmark, Japan, the Netherlands and Mexico.
