Biography
Graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is currently developing his talent at the Faculty of Art at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Despite many learned professions, he devotes his life only to painting, which is an unquestionable passion and way of life for the artist. He is also very keen on honing various painting techniques at Kunstakademie Roemerstein in Germany. Participant of the seminar "Collagierte expresive Acrylmalerei" of the German Kunstakademie. Michal Jamiol practices acrylic painting in the abstract trend, in it he expresses his joy of life, emotions and creative passion. The artist is very keen on the work of the old masters of Spanish or Austrian painting, using matter such as fabric, cardboard or sand in his creative work. The artist's paintings are not flat, they have a multifaceted structure, thanks to the use of various techniques - proprietary patents that distinguish and characterize the artist. The artist consistently proves that an abstract painting can be not only intriguing, filled with emotions, but also beautiful. Michal Jamiol's work is dynamics, energy and positive emotions written on large-format canvases. The paintings are bold, surprising, saturated with depth of color. In his works, the artist records the joy of creation, love of color, delight in life, but also is not afraid to provoke and draw the viewer's attention to his paintings. These are extremely colorful works, warm, positive, very energetic. A strong debut, intensive development and very high interest in his works make his work more and more appreciated and in demand. His works are sold by several Polish galleries and auction houses and are in private collections mainly in Poland, but also abroad.
