Born in 1961 in Szczecin, Poland. Studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Poznań from 1984 to 1989, graduating in the studio of Prof. Jozef Flieger. He is a teacher at the State High School of Fine Arts in Szczecin and at the Police Art School "Top-Art".
