Jadwiga Mysłek
Born 1959
Born and resides in Częstochowa.
For years she has been passionate about painting and has been active creatively, and since 2019 has been improving her workshop at art workshops.
She participates in group exhibitions - the last exhibition:
- April 2024. John Paul II Museum of Coins and Medals in Czestochowa.
She has always admired the paintings of the French Impressionists - especially C.Monet and C.Pissarro. She is also interested in Polish painters -Wladyslaw Podkowiński and Jan Stanislawski, who were inspired by Impressionism at some stage of their work.
Studying the richly detailed paintings of Ivan Shishkin assists her in painting realistic landscapes. Since her favorite subject of her landscapes is the Polish landscape, she finds the paintings of Jozef Chelmonski extremely inspiring.
Her favorite painting techniques are oil painting and pastel. The most important means of artistic expression for her is color.
J.Mysłek's works are in private Polish and foreign collections.
For a year she has been presenting photos of her works on FB, on the account Jadwiga Mysłek Art.
