Izabela Szewczyk-Martin - Graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Cracow (major - exhibiting). She is a graduate of the Pedagogical Academy in Cracow, majoring in Art Education in the field of plastic arts. She earned her bachelor's degree in Painting in the studio of Prof. Piotr Jargusz, and her master's thesis in the Graphic Design studio under the supervision of Prof. Adam Panasiewicz. Her fascination with the work of Krzysztof Kieslowski resulted in the creation of her thesis "DODEKALOG". It is a collection of twelve posters for the director's early feature films. In 2008, her work was presented at the Zamek Cultural Center in Poznań during the 12th edition of the OFF CINEMA International Film Festival. She mainly works in oil and acrylic painting, but is no stranger to other techniques, such as watercolor and ink drawing. Her paintings have been presented at several solo exhibitions (including in Cracow), most of them are in private collections. She always looks for inspiration in nature, she likes to observe nature. She is a searching artist and believes in the changeability of art.
