Edward Dwurnik's canvas is a portal transporting to the atmospheric Lake Miedwie in western Poland. The painting, in all its minimalism, contains everything you need: a boat, water and the serenity that is so difficult to capture. Dwurnik's style represents the artist's very impetuous personality - this can be seen in the quick brushstrokes with which he applied the paint; thanks to impastos and the semblance of unplanned work, the author achieved the effect of gentle movement of water and sailboat, which greatly soothes the viewer's emotions.
