Dead Boy is an artist of unique sensitivity, whose work was born out of the darkness of a personal crisis. After fleeing Belarus, forced to leave his homeland for political reasons, he settled in Warsaw. It was here, plunged into depression, that he discovered a new fascination - people from the margins of society, whose daily lives are full of drama, but also of unobvious beauty.
In his work, Dead Boy focuses on portraying Warsaw's homeless, whom he quietly observes and captures on his canvases. It is these "tokers" who have become a source of unexpected inspiration for the artist, a symbol of the struggle for survival and human dignity, the traces of which are imprinted on every face.
Dead Boy, through his works, invites viewers to look at the world through the eyes of those whose fate often condemns them to invisibility. In his paintings one can see a fascination with the drama of street life, but also a deep empathy and an attempt to understand the complexity of human nature.
