Biography
Graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, where she studied painting and drawing under the supervision of Professor Zbigniew Paluszak. Member of the Association of Polish Watercolorists, and the Association of Polish Artists (Warsaw district). She is a multimedia artist, expressing herself mainly through painting and animation. She creates in both traditional painting techniques such as watercolor, oil, acrylic, as well as experimental ones: resin, wax, metal, rust. The common denominator of her works is a love of expressive tool marks, texture, dynamic composition, high tonal and color tensions. There is a great emotional charge in her works, expressed through gesture and color. Her fascination with movement finds an outlet in animations that bring some of her paintings to life. While still an art student, she explored experimental film and animation, so she worked for many years as an animator, graphic designer and director creating special effects for commercials, films, music videos and virtual theater sets. A finalist in competitions, she participates in post-competition, individual and group exhibitions at home and abroad. Her works are in private collections throughout Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa.
