Biography
Lives and works in Warsaw. Fascinated by urban spaces and trying to capture their magical atmosphere. His work has been most influenced by art trends: impressionism as a snapshot of the moment, renaissance in its play of light and shadow, and hyperrealism in the sphere of depicted subjects. The artist is primarily an observer of everyday life. The subjects of his paintings are mainly urban spaces, from which he tries to extract beauty through a few details and the atmosphere captured in the moment. He has been described as a contemporary impressionist, who emphasizes the dynamism, tranquility or mysteriousness of the depicted places through the use of rippling colors and the play of light and shadow.
