150x150 cm, 2021, oil/canvas
The work by Anna Markuszewska was made on a traditional sub-image and in the traditional technique of oil painting. The quality of the technology in which it was painted is also a great asset. The painting has an abstract character with touches of geometric abstraction. The work is largely minimalist. The author rejects the depiction of specific objects or scenes, focusing on form, color, texture and composition in her painting.
