Anna Kandler was born in Warsaw in 1962. From 1982 to 1987, she studied at the Faculty of Graphic Painting and Sculpture at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.
Diploma in easel painting in the studio of Prof. Konrad Jarodzki
and painting in architecture and urbanism under prof.
Prof. Mieczyslaw Zdanowicz she obtained in 1987.
The artist has lived and painted since 1995 in Austria and Warsaw
where she creates works on paper.
She uses collage and monotype. She uses acrylic, watercolor, gouache,
ink and crayons. Experimentation with color and form results in multi-colored, abstract paintings in small format.
Her works have been presented at solo and group exhibitions in Poland
and abroad.
