Biography
Graduate of the Academy of Visual Arts in Poznań, founder of her own design studio, with which she has been successful in designing private and public interiors, including winning second prize in the SARP competition for the Polish Pavilion at the 2008 Expo World Exhibition Zaragoza. In 2023, she decided to end her career as a designer by focusing on art and abstract painting, and her participation in the ArtBox 2023 exhibition in Zurich gave momentum to her painting career. In her work, she combines techniques and seeks a common denominator in expressing personal experiences, subjective observations, color and expression. In her works, one can see inspiration from the passage of time, the transience and fleetingness of the moment, while her fascination with nature manifests itself in the multi-layered nature of her abstract message. She paints using glaze, applying colors in layers, deliberately covering some fragments to bring subtle, deeply hidden details to the surface at the same time. In this way, he depicts a complex process of retrospection framed in a specific time frame, like a fleeting memory recalled in memory. He paints on canvas, using a mixed technique with acrylic, oil, ink and pastel paints.
