Beata PAŁACH-MILLIGAN (1983)
She is a graduate of the current Faculty of Art at UP in Cracow. She also gained artistic experience in Salzburg (at the Faculty of Painting of the Mozarteum University). She has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, including in Vienna, Kyiv and Ottawa. Specialized in watercolor technique, she is also keen on other media, such as pastels, oil and acrylic paints, and collage. Since childhood, she has been equally fascinated by art and the beauty of nature, which has resulted in a distinctive painting style. Her work is bipolar. On the one hand, the artist paints paintings referring to the style of posters and Pop Art, commenting on the contemporary lifestyle. At the same time, she creates works that are an expression of formal exploration, resulting in paintings painted in watercolor technique.
