Obverse: crowned five-field escutcheon with labrys, with the coats of arms of the Crown, Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Snopes of the Vasa dynasty, in the rim a legend ending with the coat of arms of Vadvich of the Grand Treasurer of Lithuania Krzysztof Naruszewicz:
